These Terms of Sale apply to all registrations made for the NOFAF Congress 2026, organized by NOFAF and administered by Jawel (technical host of the registration system). By completing your registration and payment on our website, you accept the following conditions.

All financial transactions for congress registration and Congress Dinner are processed on behalf of NOFAF.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Registration fees vary based on:
- Participant type
- Registration period (Early fee / Ordinary fee)
- Optional Congress Dinner
Prices are shown clearly before completing payment.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
Vipps Checkout
Including:
- Vipps
- Bank card (Visa/Mastercard)
- MobilePay (if applicable for international users)
Payment must be completed at the time of registration. Your place at the congress is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
4. Order Confirmation
After payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email, including:
- Selected congress days
- Participant category
- Registration period
- Congress Dinner (if selected)
- Total amount paid
- Practical information
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your registration is binding from the moment payment is completed.
Cancellations by participant
- Registrations are non-refundable, except where required by Norwegian consumer law.
- You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. Please contact us before 1 May 2026 to request a name change.
Cancellations by NOFAF
If the event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), NOFAF will refund the registration fee but cannot reimburse travel or accommodation expenses.
6. Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner is an optional add-on and is charged together with your congress registration.
Refund policy follows the same rules as section 5 above.
7. Accommodation
Hotel accommodation at Scandic Holmenkollen Park must be booked separately.
Delegates may use the discount code NOFAF2026, valid until 6 April 2026, when booking directly at:
scandichotels.com
NOFAF and Jawel are not responsible for hotel bookings or payments.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal data necessary to process your registration, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Job title
- Participant category
- Payment information (handled securely by Vipps)
Your data will only be used for congress administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian legal jurisdiction.
